Board Chair

Andy Rost

John is a behavioral health policy expert and legislative advocate focused on advancing evidence-based psychedelic therapy frameworks. He has sponsored seven bills enacted into law in California, working at the intersection of research, public systems, and regulatory reform. His work centers on translating emerging evidence into practical, scalable policy solutions that expand access while safeguarding public health.

Advisor & Secretary

Jade Gasek

Andy is a trilingual communicator and cognitive science graduate focused on equitable access and human-centered public systems. With a background in healthcare interpreting and cross-cultural communication, he brings a systems-informed perspective to how policies are experienced by diverse communities.

ADvisor & Treasurer

Jade is a civil litigator with experience in complex commercial and employment disputes across healthcare and technology sectors. His background in civil rights litigation and constitutional law informs his approach to regulatory accountability and public interest safeguards. He brings a rigorous legal lens to the development of responsible psychedelic therapy policy, with particular attention to compliance, civil liberties, and ethical implementation.
